Swahili Workers Connect, led by Rose Wilondja, helps refugees in Bowling Green find safe, steady warehouse jobs and helps employers communicate clearly with their workers. We’re dedicated to providing comprehensive support, from translation services to job training, ensuring both our workers and employers thrive. We focus on helping Swahili‑speaking workers and local warehouses communicate clearly and work safely together.

We understand the unique challenges faced by Swahili-speaking refugees navigating a new culture and workplace. Our founder, a refugee from Tanzania, leverages their personal experience and linguistic skills to provide tailored support that goes beyond simple job placement. We specialize in fostering effective Swahili-English communication and safe working conditions for our workers and employers.
